I’m Kelsey Cadavid, Bilingual SLP, owner and founder of Greenhouse Therapy. I have been a pediatric speech pathologist since 2018, but I began my journey in speech and language at a very early age. My sister, Hannah, was diagnosed with Autism at 18 months and received all services at home. I wanted and still strive to be the best speech therapist I would have wanted for Hannah. I always knew I wanted to have my own practice to curtate the treatment and care for each of my patients’ individual needs. 

I graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Disorders in 2016 and Master of Arts in Communication Disorders in 2018. I completed my externships at Grace Care Skilled Nursing Facility and Birke’s Elementary School. I began working at an outpatient pediatric clinic in 2018 and soon after began to work PRN at a home health company. I found my love for home-based therapy while working with both geriatric and pediatric populations. I practiced out in the field in both settings until 2023, when Greenhouse Therapy was founded.  

I am passionate and committed to staying up to date with research-based methods and strategies that help me provide the best services to my patients. I love joining the treatment team, working closely with my patients and their loved ones to achieve their goals. My personal experiences with therapy has changed the way I treat patients and their families. I know how scary, stressful and isolating this process can be and I’d love the opportunity to work with you and your loved one. I promise to treat your family like my very own. Let’s grow together!
