How would you describe your approach?
Our approach is play based and child-led. We use fun and engaging activities to help children improve their communication skills in a relaxed and natural environment, making learning enjoyable and effective.
Where do sessions take place?
We provide speech therapy in various locations as requested by the family. We can treat clients at their homes, daycares, preschools or private schools.
What method of payments are accepted?
We accept HSA, FSA, credit card and debit cards. We accept all forms of payments via IvyPay. IvyPay is one of the only HIPAA- compliant forms of instant payment options on the market. It allows us a secure way to save a card on file and charge for services following sessions.
How does payment work?
A payer provides a cell number to keep on file. IvyPay will send the payer a link via text message that will prompt them to input their card information. Greenhouse is informed once information has been input and charges for each session following completion.
How Long/Frequent Are The Sessions?
In order to determine a recommended frequency, the client will have to participate in a speech and language evaluation. A Speech-Language Pathologist will complete the evaluation and make appropriate recommendations. Sessions are at least 30 minutes directly with the client, however can extend to 45 minutes, depending on the client’s tolerance and attention level. Sessions are typically 1 to 2 times per week, depending on results of testing.
Do you accept insurance?
No, we do not currently accept insurance. We operate independently and clients pay for services directly, allowing for personalized and flexible therapy without relying on insurance regulations or government funding. You may request a Superbill if you would like to seek reimbursement from your insurance. However, we cannot guarantee our therapy services are covered by out of network benefits or how much you will be reimbursed. It is the client's responsibility to communicate with insurance and confirm benefits.
